NPR story on learning styles

  1. Counterpoint is putting it mildly. That’s a 180 degree refutation. “Nearly all of the studies that purport to provide evidence for learning styles fail to satisfy key criteria for scientific validity.” Yikes! It’s scary that pseudo-science still receives wide circulation in otherwise-credible publications. On the other hand, I’m sad that I don’t have a learning style any more. I’d grown sort of fond of it.
